Is the Knolly warranty transferable?

Our lifetime warranty applies to the original owner of the bike with a proof of purchase. The warranty is NOT transferable.

How much are you frames?

All the pricing for our product can be found in our online store

Can you replace the decals on a Knolly frame?

The decals we use are not the type that peel off. On our painted frames they are under the clear coat and on our raw frames they are applied with a process that makes them adhere to the alloy. Our raw frames are truly raw with no clear coat on the metal.

Which is the SLACK setting on my Knolly?

The lower shock mount hole that is closest to the seat tube is the slack setting on all our bikes.

How do I get sponsored?

OK - here is a quick "do's and don'ts" for getting sponsored... Do's + Check out our Grassroots page BEFORE sending us an email. + Send us an email that includes more information than just "hey your bikes are rad so you should sponsor me". The amount of time you spend on your letter is directly related to how interested we will be in sponsoring you. + Include links to your videos, photos, social media links and anything else you think we might be interested in. + Be creative. Get our attention. + Provide metrics. Everyone tells us they can "raise the Knolly brand awareness" by riding our bike. Prove it - show that you are an influencer, great person, or that puppies and kittens love you. Don'ts + Don't expect a full factory sponsorship - these are earned not given. + Don't send us a generic sponsorship request that you forgot to change the company name in because you were bulk emailing it to every company. + Don't underestimate how much we value great people over results.

Where can I find the torque specs for my frame?

This PAGE is a great resource for parts and torque specs.

Are your raw frames truly raw?

Yes. The raw frames we sell do not have any clear coat over the alloy and the decals are HRNT transfer decals applied directly to the frame. The beauty of the raw frames is that they will gain a patina over the years and this is part of owning a raw alloy frame. At the same time the surface can be "shined up" with mild abrasives (just avoid the decals).
